Our trainers consider themselves to be excellent mentors, coaches, teachers, instructors and guides in your quest for better health and fitness.  With diverse backgrounds in sports, medicine and nutrition, as well as disciplines such as Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, to name a few, our trainers stay on top of trends, developments and research.  They are professionals with years of experience and a dedication to helping you feel and look your best.  We carefully screen backgrounds and qualifications before making a referral.
